SplashTown Waterpark Vacation

May 19, 2008 – 7:00 pm

Yesterday, I was able to kick the week off great and start the summer off nice as I took my family to SplashTown Waterpark. It was the first of a couple of summer vacations that we’re going to take. The best part about it, it was all discounted by my employers and came with a free meal, which included hot dogs, BBQ, potato salad, soda, and all the free beer you could drink.

When I didn’t feel like jumping in the water, I took a couple of pictures, but I really missed out on some good picture shots when I was in the water. Here’s a couple of my favorites.

Dolphin Park
A nice little park for the kiddies. My daughters liked going on the bigger rides,
but this is where we took them while we rested.

Free Food!
There was plenty of eats for the entire park!

The Infamous Wave Pool
The infamous wave pool that EVERY water park MUST have.

Triple Trouble
I have a feeling they’re going to break a lot of hearts when they get older.

Slide Of Doom
If you’re scared of heights, don’t pinky promise to ride this slide!

Everyone had a great time. They got to experience their first attempt at swimming and I was shock at how daring the youngest is. I’m going on another vacation in a few weeks and I hope to take a lot of pictures and I’ll try to post some here.
